English · Bahasa Indonesia

Ruvy (formerly BerUang) helps you record personal finances. Records can be stored on your device and synced to your account. AI and Telegram features also process the information needed through their service providers. Feature availability varies between the app, website and Telegram.

1. Information processed and why

Do not enter bank PINs, passwords, OTPs or unnecessary information about other people in notes, AI chats or support messages.

2. AI, receipts and Telegram

When you request AI insights or a financial plan, your question and relevant supporting records pass through Cloudflare to Anthropic. Records can include your entered name, income/expense summaries, categories, recent transactions, assets, debts, receivables and savings goals. The selected wallet supplies the financial context. AI can make mistakes. Manual entry does not require AI.

Receipt OCR in the web app uses Tesseract.js on your device; this flow does not upload receipt photos to Ruvy's server. Text and transactions you choose to save may sync as financial records.

If you connect Telegram, chat identifiers, account-linking information and messages/transactions are processed for the integration. Bot receipt photos are received through Telegram and may pass through Cloudflare to Anthropic. Bot receipt processing is not entirely on-device. The current Telegram ledger uses IDR.

3. Service providers

Content hosts may provide libraries, fonts and OCR files and process connection information to deliver them. Provider policies explain their practices; Ruvy's selected features and configuration determine what the app sends.

4. Storage and retention

Records are stored locally and, after sign-in and sync, in Firebase. Account sync is not restricted to Pro. An internet connection is needed to update cloud and other-device copies. Signing out does not automatically delete local copies, protecting unsynced entries. Avoid leaving accounts signed in on shared devices. Clearing app/browser storage can remove unsynced local records.

Ruvy does not currently retain AI question/reply content for analytics after responding. Quota counters are temporary; legacy AI logs expire within 30 days. Minimum payment records, such as invoice/order references, status, amount and time, may remain after deletion for reconciliation, abuse prevention and recordkeeping; email and direct account links are removed from those records. Other providers, backups and technical logs follow their own retention policies and obligations.

Account and cloud records are needed while the account is used. You can ask which data is deleted or retained and why. Deleting records on one device differs from requesting account/service-data deletion.

5. Account and data deletion

In the app, open the account menu and choose Delete account and data. If you cannot sign in, email info@berstock.id with the subject “Ruvy account deletion” and your account email. Ownership verification may be required. Save needed records before deletion; your exported copies remain in the locations you chose.

Deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions or refund processed payments. Monthly/yearly Google Play plans renew until cancelled through Google Play; 7-day access is a one-time purchase. Web purchases are one-time payments for the displayed access period. Refunds follow your purchase provider's policy.

6. Your choices

Edit/delete records using available features, manage device camera/photo permissions, and choose not to use AI or Telegram. Contact us to access, correct or request deletion of data you cannot manage yourself.

7. Children

Ruvy is not designed for children under 13. Parents/guardians can contact us to review and delete a child's information.

8. Policy changes

The latest version and update date appear here. Relevant data-processing explanations will be updated when features/providers change.
