By registering or using Ruvy (formerly BerUang), its Android app, berstock.id website or Telegram bot, you agree to these terms. Monthly/yearly Google Play subscriptions renew until cancelled; website access is a one-time purchase. AI is included during the free trial and on paid plans, with daily limits. Your records remain yours and can be exported or deleted.
1. Service
Ruvy is a personal finance tracker operated by Berstock.id (Hendry Phang), provided as-is. It helps record and interpret your finances; it is not a professional financial, tax or legal adviser. You remain responsible for your financial decisions. You must be at least 18 or use it with a parent/guardian's knowledge. One account is for one person. Keep your password private.

Google Play displays the applicable local price and billing period before purchase. Wallet currency does not change your Google Play billing currency.
- Access begins at activation. For fixed-duration access purchases, remaining days are added when a new access package is activated. Google Play subscription periods follow Google's verified subscription expiry.
- Monthly/yearly Android subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Google Play sends receipts.
- Cancel in Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ruvy (previously BerUang) → Cancel subscription. Access continues through the paid period.
- Website QRIS/bank-transfer purchases do not automatically renew. If Google Play offers a free trial on the monthly plan (new subscribers only), billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. The 7-day pass is no longer sold; earlier buyers keep the access they paid for.
- After access expires without renewal, the app locks until a plan is activated. JSON backups remain downloadable from the plans screen; account deletion can be requested through support.
- Prices may change; the price shown at purchase applies. Existing active packages retain their purchase conditions. Earlier Lifetime purchases are honoured under their original terms.
3. Payments
Google Play processes Android payments under its terms. Access activates after verification. Website QRIS/bank-transfer purchases use the displayed account; send payment proof to the administrator. Manual activation usually takes one business day. Ensure your account email is correct: activation to an incorrect account due to user-provided details cannot be transferred after more than 3 days of active access.
4. Refunds
- Cancellation stops future subscription billing but does not automatically refund the current period.
- Monthly/yearly packages are eligible for a full refund requested within 3 days of activation when AI has been used for no more than 10 questions. Afterwards, a proportional refund is offered when an error on our side makes the service unusable for more than 3 consecutive days.
- Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy; request a refund there first.
- Send other refund requests to support with your account email and payment proof.
5. AI
AI is available during the free trial (5 questions per day) and on active paid plans (10 questions per day), per account. Limits may be adjusted to maintain service quality. Responses use supplied record summaries and can be wrong; check important figures before acting. Ruvy does not retain conversation history or train its model on your records. Do not use AI outside personal finance, submit others' information without permission, or evade quotas. Violations can cause account suspension without a refund.
6. Your data
Your records belong to you. Ruvy uses them to operate selected features under its Privacy Policy. JSON backups are available from the app, including after expiry. Account/data deletion is permanent. We aim to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; keep regular backups.
7. Changes
Material term changes will be announced in the app or website at least 7 days before taking effect. Pricing: 2-day free trial at sign-up (AI included, 5 questions/day); Monthly IDR 50,000 and Yearly IDR 299,000 renew automatically through Google Play. Google Play shows the local price before purchase.
